"Great staff, friendly and informative "

"We had an excellent experience at this location. Every member of staff we met was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. There are a lot of homeless in the area and sometimes the parking lot seemed a little unsafe. I’m not sure what could be done to help with this, but we were approached in the parking lot and there was a homeless man laying on the hill outside of our window. Overall though a great stay, I just don’t think we will be returning to Asheville anytime soon."

"The room was very nice. Bathroom was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast brought up to the room was a great morning surprise. Location obviously was convenient to everything. Only complaint is that the free play arcade was awesome, but machines were not that well maintained. Both pinball machines and one of the skeeball machines needed maintenance. Didn’t help that a couple parents were letting their kids run amok and climb all over the machines. Not the hotel’s fault that happened but they really need to make some changes with supervision. Would absolutely stay again"
