“The cabin is part of someones back yard. There is no real privacy. In addition, the windows have see through curtains as well so it seemed very akward as we could be watched from the owners house. Also, we didn't feel like we had any privacy as the owner was working around his yard most of the time, near us. The cabin itself was beautiful and clean.”

“Great weekend stay. Staff was a highlight. Hiking trails out the back were a low light, but great hiking minutes away. Very clean, quiet, and the Mountain Brauhaus restaurant across the street was killer for some traditional German food. If I could change one thing, it would be to add some parking closer to the entrance for loading and unloading.”

“We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. ”

“We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly.
