"Front desk was friendly and everything was a fast process. The room was clean and nice. We stayed the night of a windstorm and the ac thermostat was not working. My room was very cold the heat would not come on. Overall my stay was nice minus the cold. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and every staff member we had the pleasure to come in contact with, from the valet staff, wait staff, hostess and clerks, just an incredibly helpful, friendly, welcoming group! A standout was watching the bar tender, Nicole, handle a very high stress situation was grace and ease, very professional and knowledgeable in her craft. The room and bathroom and overall hotel was very clean and attractively designed and well maintained. Delicious breakfast, cocktails, and dinner at the in house restaurant , Parkwoods. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area."
