Levantado desde el borde de la carretera, disfruta de vistas de largo alcance sobre tierras de cultivo y propiedades vecinas en la pequeña aldea. El enorme camino de entrada puede acomodar estacionamiento para muchos autos y una vez dentro de esta casa de 3 dormitorios hay varias habitaciones para que se extiendan las familias extensas. Hay dos nuevas puertas de entrada que hacen que los jardines y terrenos sean completamente seguros para los perros. Al entrar por la puerta principal, a la izquierda se encuentra la sala de estar ordenada y compacta con amplios sofás para 6 personas y TV, libros y juegos disponibles. La estufa de leña es un lugar cómodo para pasar las tardes con la familia. Hay un comedor con una mesa con capacidad para al menos 6-8 y fuera de él es un lindo y acogedor actualmente configurado como una sala de descanso o sala de juegos con un guardarropa de abajo con lavadora. Al lado del comedor hay una cocina luminosa con modernas unidades blanquecinas, lavaplatos, horno, vitrocerámica, microondas y almacenamiento de alimentos. Está totalmente equipado para atender a 6 personas. Una hermosa ventana panorámica da al jardín escalonado y hay un útil porche en la puerta trasera para botas / zapatos. Hay una mesa de cocina y un área de servicio que alberga la caldera y el frigorífico. Hay una lavadora y secadora. Arriba hay 3 dormitorios, principal con cama super king, armarios, mesita de noche, cómoda y espejo. Hay un encantador cuarto de baño con ducha, lavabo e inodoro. La siguiente es una habitación king-size y luego una habitación doble con camas zip n link (por favor indique su preferencia de super-king o 2 x individuales en el formulario de reserva) con lavabo. Hay un agradable baño familiar muy soleado con una ducha separada. Lots of things provided for children/teens (eg table football, table tennis, darts) to do which is good for rainy days. The beds are particularly comfy. It really is a home from home. Did the walk to the beach which was beautiful around 30 mins to get there. Pubs in Georgeham excellent went to the Kings Arms for sunday roast lovely food and very accommodating. It is a spacious, comfortable house (especially the beds) with everything you need for a great holiday. The house location is also excellent being able to get to several lovely beaches and coastal walks without being stuck in traffic in a honeypot location it's self. We enjoyed the 'extras' table tennis and darts in the garage and the outdoor furniture (although not used too much due to the weather). Certainly hope to return at some time. ##### Katharine L. The kitchen was well appointed and a highchair and travel cot was provided, which was helpful. Some of the house was a bit dated and well-used for example the lounge sofa. The house is dog friendly and could benefit from a thorough deep clean to remove any unwanted smells, the twin bedroom in particular could benefit from this and seemed a little damp. The toilet and bathroom doors could benefit from locks. It would have been nice to receive a small welcome package on arrival, including bread and milk etc. We enjoyed the games room in the garage. The garden was nice but was generally not child friendly, we were aware of this before we arrived.
