Campana de la paz mundial: Tours y Actividades

After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.

very nice hotel, very nicely located. We like hotel amenities, design and “look and feel”. Rooms were spacious, clean, with loads of natural light. Recommended.
