While, we didn’t get to stay at this property, the property manager was so quick to place us in another property that was top notch and treated us so well! I highly recommend booking with them!

The place was a sh*thole it looked like a Crack house very disgusting!! The staff was nice to let me look at the room first and after I said I could not stay there they sent me to a better hotel . Staff was wonderful the place would not get any stairs if they had that option..

Very disappointing experience. The staff was completely uncooperative. We checked in shortly after arriving in town, but we did not go up to the room at that time. We left to have dinner and returned about an hour later. When we entered the room, we found it extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the property was also unpleasant. There was trash on the ground in the walkways, and people were smoking right beside us around the hotel. We immediately went back to the front desk and explained that we were not comfortable staying there and would be going to another hotel. According to Expedia, we still had approximately three hours remaining in the free cancellation period. Despite this, the front desk clerk refused to refund us, even after we explained the condition of the room and the property. We ended up staying somewhere else that night, but were still charged for this hotel. Customer service was very poor, communication was difficult, and the staff showed no willingness to help resolve the situation. I would not recommend this hotel.

Cute great price peaceful

For the price amazing, staff very friendly, loved the beds, very peaceful, just need to update the maid service im still here and i am a very clean person and i have cleaned my own room each night besides that for the price its a very cute comfortable getaway for either yourself or you and that special someone, right off the highway minutes from wrenthem outlets, yoga and dollar tree plenty of nice restaurants

My booking was relocated to another hotel. The staff was adversarial, unhelpful, and tried on multiple occasions to move us to a worse room than promised. We were put in smoking rooms when we specifically purchased and specified non-smoking. The rooms were awful, smelled awful, and the breakfast was very unsanitary. I would recommend this place to no one and it was only marginally better than sleeping in our car which is what we ended up doing the next night.
