"Clean room, gym excellent"

"Lovely stay and lovely stay. You can watch the planes take off and land. Which my daughter loved. Very convenient location. We also walked down to ride the cable cars to the o2 which was fun and great views. The pool was mild temperature not freezing atall but the room/air in there does get hot. There is a £25 security deposit per night. "

"Very polite and helpful staff. Lobby is comfy if you just need to hang somewhere outside your room. Very well located in terms of proximity to shopping, dining and transport connections. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood. Super easy self-check in. Would stay again."

"The hotel itself was lovely, nice decor clean rooms , they are a little small but it’s just a base at the end of the day. The bed was very comfy and location great. The breakfast was anlso very nice and great value. Only downfall was the air con didn’t work and had an awful nights sleep as we were so hot. The staff were very helpful and changed our room , however we did have the same issue and again aircon was not working. We didn’t mention anything again ax would have had to pick all our stuff up again for one last night. "

"Bed and pillows were terrible.Worst nights sleep and going back to work as tired as i left.Pillows not supportive.Drinks not great as smoothly was not made fresh.Chai latte wrong when ordered and bland tasting!"

"I’ve stayed at The Ark at Canary Wharf for extended periods and keep coming back, which probably says everything. I’ve been staying here on and off since November last year, often for months at a time, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes a huge difference when you’re somewhere long-term rather than just passing through. The building itself is well maintained, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stands out is the level of service and the atmosphere the team creates. I’ve stayed in plenty of places around London and this is one of the few where you actually feel looked after. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say, and that’s rare. If you’re considering staying here, I’d highly recommend it."
