"After a rather pot holed approach road to the site you are greeted by a terraced bungalow complex. On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! These should be carpeted as a courtesy to those on the ground floor.The person who checked me in was pleasant but not thorough with information. "What a fantastic property. Rebecca was extremely friendly, helpful, altogether amazing. Beautiful room and view. Comfy bed, large bathroom, Nespresso machine, bottled water and jelly beans! The breakfast was excellent, fresh eggs from the chickens, really good selection of cereals, yoghurt etc and a large cafetière of coffee. What more could you ask for. What a gem! "

"From start to finish, Tracy and Jerry could not do enough. Their beautiful home was so welcoming and comfortable, it was a pleasure to stay there. "Lovely b&b. Fantastic 3 course meal. Highly recommended. Kate is a super host. But the two dogs beg at the breakfast/dinner table. They need to be kept in a separate room while guests are eating. Breakfast was disappointing. Cooked breakfast consisted of 2 streaky bacon,burnt sausage and a fried egg with yolk overcooked. Make sure you ask how you want your eggs cooked. First morning we asked for scrambled egg which were perfect! Also the bedroom door needs a proper key lock on it. Everything...

"Very short stay, but everything for an overnight stay including continental breakfast. Wife left her scarf and it was posted back very quickly. Thank you "

"Room 3 The room was cold the widows seal was letting in a cold draft. Thery is no chair in the room. I found a slug on the floor next to the fridge their mould in the bathroom and by the entrance to the room in the kitchen. Constant banging doors as other tenants enter the kitchen. Noise from tenants using the kitchen and the smell of food."

"This is a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely return. However, I did find the bed in the room we were in to be a little firm for my liking, but that is personal taste The breakfast, from the fresh fruits to the fantastic poached eggs and bacon etc was amazing. The owner really works hard and deserves all the praise offered."
