Great stay at Barbershop flat 1. Very comfortable and in a really good location for getting both the bus and train into Manchester. Lots of nice eating place close by and in Heaton Chapel. Would stay again.

This hotel is in the middle of a refurb and will be great when done plz don’t accept a back room as you kept awake till late with the entertainment but staff were out standing and very welcoming

We were in room 330 paid over 500£ to look at bins!. The noise early morning or late at night was annoying. People/staff chatting around this area. Curtain in bedroom ripped. Plugs near the bed were round not normal 3pin sockets. Fan in bathroom use to turn on randomly and it rattled all the time. When we checked in receptionist was rude. Gentleman who was with her was lovely and all the waiters/bar staff were great. When I had to speak to reception again 2 ladies this time, I waited 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me. No apology just Rude! Very dated decor. Not worth the money. Nothing was included in your stay or use of pool/facilities etc that was another £15 a day to use. £26 for 2 beers and glass of wine. Food was excellent and great value for money. I wouldn’t recommend I am afraid or stay again.

Lovely area, close to stadium old Trafford. Owner/employees were incredibly helpful.
