The staff ented my room when they were asked not to, my toilet clogged up, I HAD TO HUNT THE TOILET PLUNGER DOWN MYSELF. the air quality smelled heavy of poop and urine THROUGH OUT MY STAY AT RANDOM MOMENT LIKE IT WAS IN THE AIR VENTILATIONOR SOMETHING, the ceiling had what looked like sand or dirt rain in my room, the staff trade my 1 and only single door key with a destroyed one. My room had old finger nail or toenails on the floor, the towels were not fresh. The bed at the top bows backwards, so you lay funny, the pool was cold and had dead bugs and hygiene hair all over, make up used face pads, the pool tile needed scrubbed on the edges, the employee on Sunday, touched my door and my bags and my kid while we were taking a nap,
The breakfast service were AMAZING, THE REST OF THE BUILDING LOOKED CLEAN
AND INVITING. WAS WARNED ABOUT Sunday having a bad employee in the building.
The phone and desk it sits on was dirty and the red throw pillow had gross white spots on it. The door frame in the bathroom was covered in brown spots or coffee.
I only trusted the woman who booked me in and the people making breakfast. The floor in the room needed mopped and sweapt better!
