Met my travel needs. The lady setting up breakfast was on top of keeping everything stocked and tidy.

The room was good. The breakfast was okay

So not sure what happened but came down to us getting to the hotel at 1 am and very tired after a 14 hour drive only to get there to hear the Expedia had overbooked and the guy at the front desk did not know how to cancel the reservation before we got there. Actually the front desk clerk said they had no clean rooms. Sis not do anything to assist us in fi di a new hotel or suggestions. Very I professional.

Disappointing stay - there are no ice machines, they expect you to use the ice maker in the freezer in the room. It was turned off and after turning it on we got 20 ice cubes overnight. Didn't help cool drinks the night we checked in. Also it was surprisingly noisy for being in a less busy part of the city. Would have liked a little more from staff when we expressed our concerns. It was too late to fix the issues, but they could have offered a partial refund. Unlikely to give this brand another chance.

We were set back some when we recieved an email after securing our room from the hotel with their list of 'rules'-one being that no Cheyenne residents were allowed to stay there ('if you are a resident contact the booking agency and get your money back'). Rude! Upon check in the male desk attendant was extremely rude and abrupt. He acted like he hated being there. Very unfriendly. They seem to think their establishment is better than others, NOPE-it wasnt. We made the assumption (my bad) that--like MOST hotels, if you are above the first floor there would be an elevator. This place does NOT. Had we known, we would have requested a first floor room due to ambulatory issues--not to mention lugging luggage up a long stairwell. The room had only 2 towels, and after the rude guy at the counter we didnt feel like the hassle of dealing with him again so we let that go. The pillows appeared very wrinkled, like they were previously used-not sure if new pillow cases from previous patrons were put on, so we didnt use them. We will not return and do not recommmend.
