“I felt mistreated by the staff during my stay, even though I tried to be a courteous guest and communicate respectfully. The hotel itself is in a great location, and the river view from the balcony was truly enjoyable. However, I would not choose this hotel again because of the treatment I received. There were no greetings, no smiles, and responses were neither prompt nor attentive.
I had read many positive reviews about the staff before booking, so I expected at least decent hospitality.……
