“The room I stayed was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Yet the room is space-limited, I think it’s fine for one person but may not be sufficient for two persons. Generally it’s a good accommodation for me. ”

“The room is nice, clean and well located. But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. ”

“Clean room, location was a 10minute walk away from Shinjuku station and convenience stores within 5 minutes of location. Check in and check out process very easy. Will come back again.”

“Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku.
The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great.
There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us.”
