“We stayed only one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to book this home. ”

“Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. ”

“It was a cute cottage on the lake although not extremely clean and very cold . Hot water only lasts about 5ish minutes. Besides that excellent stay and made me consider moving upstate .”

“I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. ”

I came up for a Halloween event put on by a friend the location was very convenient in the downtown area and I could walk to most of the places I needed to get to I very much enjoyed my stay here and would stay again if I’m in the area. ”

“It was a beautiful setting and very relaxing. Close to a market and food. Lots of great restaurants within 30 minutes. Love the fact it has a fenced in yard. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The little trail behind the property on the way to the lake was fun. Only took a couple of minutes. Found very cute places to eat within 5 minutes of the property for breakfast, lunch or dinner. “ The Piazza “ it’s a pizza shop that has outdoor seating only.. it is something you have to try.……
