Host was pleasant and communicative, house was well maintained, updated, clean, well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping and bathing available for large parties, and the river location was superb! "Enjoy being out on the covered deck during rainstorms. The property landscaping gave privacy and allowed our group to relax alone or with others as desired. No need to turn on the television as just looking out the windows or sitting on the decks provided live entertainment with the wildlife all around. Easy walking distance to a great donut shop and the historic downtown. Don Peppe was one of the best Mexican Restaurants any of us have ever eaten at just 5 minutes from the house. The Singing...

"Alma is a superior employee. She was a veritable fountain of information and went out of her way to supply that information for every question we had. If she worked for me, I would not only give her a raise. I would consider her for a management position, if she wanted it! The lady who does your food service in the mornings that we were, there is also doing a superior job for you. Nothing was ever lacking in the food service area and it was always warm clean and delicious.!!! "
