“This has been the most disappointing accommodation experience I have had, and here are my reasons: 1. The photos displayed in the listing do not accurately reflect the actual condition and appearance of the apartment. 2. This type of accommodation would be more appropriately categorized under non-hotel or private accommodation listings, so guests have clearer expectations. 3. There was inadequate communication, particularly regarding the key lock and access instructions. At one point, I had to……

“The property is excellently located close to downtown Mount Dora and overall, the stay was good. Check in and out was super easy, the room is easily accessible, beds were super comfy. We just felt that our particular room was not accurately represented in the photos. We understand that it is an older property but things felt a little more run down than expected. Overall, it was good for the weekend trip and we enjoyed our stay.”

It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.”
