“The booked room was unavailable due to residual aroma after pest extermination. The electrics in the 2 rooms were unsafe, numerous power boards and loose power switches. One TV was unplugged from numerous connections from a power board under the bed and the other TV could only receive 2 channels. At 0715 a high pitched squeal occurred when the adjoining unit’s shower was being used. A dripping tap from the nearby en suite was a nuisance. 2 night’s stay was not enjoyable.
