“The unit should be marketed as a bedroom which was nice, bed was comfortable and clean, unfortunately that where the positives end. There's no separate entrance to the unit (read as basement tv room) so there is no real privacy. It was very cold (I live in the Yukon I'm used to cold) with no way to control the temp even though the furnace beside the bedroom was quite loud, so they supply an electric blanket. The TV was big and new with an apple tv and nice speakers attached big full dramatic……

“Inaccurate description; this is a trailer in a trailer park , not a house. Garbage from KFC left under sink. Personal items/clutter left in bathroom and kitchen. No central heating or cooling; difficult to maintain comfort level. Pellet stove in dining area; no instructions on how to use. Soft spot in bathroom floor of en-suite; possible hazard. Door lock temperamental; owner did not respond to request to change batteries in door lock. Secondary rental unit in side yard; very close to bedroom.……
