"They’ve put us in a different building, we booked it specifically for sauna and couldnt use it… the room was full of cigarettes smell, housekeeping left the balcony door open in minus 30 and it took 24 hrs for the room to warm up, we slept in cold and in smoke… terrible "

"This is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is well laid out, very clean and very well equipped and just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. The hosts are friendly, helpful and very approachable. We would be very happy to stay here again when visiting Yellowknife."

"The thermostat in the room wasn’t functional and the room stayed at 30°c all night, making sleep almost impossible. The rooms shown in pictures while booking don’t get close to matching in person, there was bare plywood covering a window that must be broken, the tub components were coming off of the wall, and the room was far smaller than shown. Staff were friendly. But the whole building also stank "
