“Other than having a hard time finding the hotel. Need to find the elevator tucked into the building. This was an AMAZING place to stay for my family of 5. The city suite was spacious and allowed my kids to have a separate room and living room area to hang out. Laundry service was such a huge perk that we really needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

“I will not stay in this hotel anymore. I stayed for 1 night, the room is not really clean, there are some small fly bugs in the room. The shower area is same as the toilet, the toilet will get wet after taking shower. First time to stay in the hotel restroom is like this. The air conditioner is a big big issue! It can’t be adjust the temperature, it keeps 26.9 degreeC, crazy! The room is an oven. The front desk staff is not quite professional. I came early and would like to keep my luggage……
