"Everything was amazing! First of all the design of every detail from the entrance, to the lobby, the rooms and the roof garden was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and endearing, as well as very adept with English. The location was ideal. The complementary laundry facility was a real bonus. The chef was also great! This was truly our home in Kyoto, and always a pleasure to return to after a busy day in town!"

"Close to Gion district, a bit noisy next to the main road, pillows could be better and the curtains need fixing. Very clean with comfortable beds otherwise - movie projector was great! "

"The staff was excellent! Friendly and accommodating. Everything is very clean so no complaints there. Bathroom vanity area is a little small. Shower is great!
Bed is comfortable enough. A very nice hotel for the price. I would stay there again. "
"Very clean and comfortable rooms with amenities. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location is quite central and close to a nearby train station. "
"The room was clean and beautifully decorated in modern details. The view from the ceiling to floor window was of the rooftops and mountains in the distance and at night an urban scape of the lights of Kyoto.
Great amenities and great helpful staff. The location was great as well. Overall it was my favorite hotel during my 21 state in Japan."
"Great hotel that’s close to Kyoto station. Close to the subway stations making it easy to get around the city. Restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Room is good. Definitely on the smaller side but pretty standard for Japan"
