My wife and I have traveled to many places, and we found the Anchorage Inn one of the cleanest most organized hotels. The rooms and grounds were spotless and there was easy access to the beach and surrounding attractions. Management is doing a great job, and I would not change a thing.

We always love to stay at the Anchorage because it is across the street from the ocean and we can see and hear the ocean from our balcony. If we get up early we can see the sunrise from our room! The Anchorage is located near many places to go and do things. We also love the lap pool in the back to get some laps in and then soak in the hot tub looking at the ocean. One of my favorite place to go!

We only stayed one night, but had a wonderful experience. The rooms and property were clean and well maintained. There were many pumpkins all over the property which made it a cozy fall feel. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The check in and check out was a smooth process. We would stay here again and hopefully for a longer period of time next time

We loved our stay at the Anchorage Inn in York Beach! Such an adorable hotel, right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the beach, and the indoor and outdoor pools and rooftop views made our stay even better. And let’s talk about the snack shop—it was off the hook and wicked good! Local favorite beverages, gluten-free snacks, and a full snack bar menu. Snacks may not be the reason you book a hotel, but these certainly deserve a mention! An adorable spot for a beach getaway. We’d happily stay again!

Excellent location and ease of stay. Hotel is older so there were certain functions being outdated vs more modern hotels but once you get over that it was quite pleasant. Looks to be a very well used facility for families with young kids. We had a good stay.
