The cleaning man and his wife came into our room to clean BEFORE WE EVEN CHECKED OUT!!! We had taken a walk to get some breakfast and had put our things in our car, but they came right in and literally cleaned and scrubbed the floor and made it all ready for the next person!!! We had found an air Bud and a bottle of pills that someone had left behind the nightstand and we were going to tell the manager about it when we checked out but they already found them and he was shaking them at us as we came back to go to the restroom one more time before we checked out!! Very dirty!!!

Well, The price was excellent, but no telephone in the room. The property is past due for a renovation, way past due. No phone is a safety issue.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean, but I would assume that many of the clients were "regulars" living there. The clerk was helpful and had good suggestions for meals. but the environment just wasn't comfortable.

Close to the bus station! 24/7 desk! The room reeked of tobacco products or other contaminates. Pillows/cases smelled so bad that I had to stop using them.

So many things were wrong with my room and stay. That I didn’t stay. It’s not the concierge fault. So I just left instead of making a big deal of the 20 things that were wrong with my room. Not worth the price. Maybe half the price

Homeless Drug Users Hangout
Hotel was dirty, no maid service, no overnight employee on duty. Homeless and drug use 24 hours a day in parking lot. Our room was on first floor, so it was incredibly noisy. People partying in parking lot all night long. I politely asked them to quiet down and all night long we were harassed…pounding on our door, yelling insults at us. Was terrifying and there was no employees on premises to report this to. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property had served its purpose, we were only staying one night in New York for a volleyball tournament. However, given the choice next year, I would choose a different place to stay. Upon arrival the room looks clean, however, there was a very pungent smell, which included cigarette smoke, marijuana and dirtiness. The bathroom was unusable, and the cockroach infestation was just plain disgusting. on the other hand, the woman at the front desk couldn’t be more than helpful and answered any, and all questions I had during the say.

Don’t stay here!!!!!!!
The poor rating is due to safety. Homeless person knocked on my door in the night. People begging for money under the overhang when we left the room. Parking lot hang out for people meeting up in cars. My daughter and I were there for a swim meet for 3 nights. We left after only being there for the 1st night. I never have given a negative review, I only take the time to post positive ones, but this is my duty to inform you all. AVOID staying here unless you have no where else to go. And if you do, bring a weapon for protection. I stayed up all night with my police asp. In fact, I disgusted that hotels.com even has a place like this posted. That picture is bull! It doesn’t look nice like that either.

I asked for a room with two beds. They had none, so I had to share a double bed with a family member. This place was OK, but I would not stay there again.

Incredible dirty! Wish I could attach pictures. The Stench of smoke on staff and in the room was quite overwhelming! I asked for wipes...would have cleaned myself but they refused to give me anything. I went and bought my own and cleaned. They tried barging in my room early Friday morning...."The city is here to inspect your room. You have to let us in". Neither person hand ID or paperwork. Nor did they look professional. The door was promptly closed in their face and they were told to come back on their time....not mine. I did watch, I believe, the manager talking with another guest having some mental issues and she was reassuring her nicely.
