I live close to this hotel and used it for out of town guest. There was a lot of young men hanging drinking and smoking out in front of the hotel and very noisy inside of the hotel. It did not look safe or professional. I was surprised the management allowed this type of activity on it's premises.

The room was not clean and we saw a few bugs in the room so we ended up leaving.

Facility is obviously dated. Chairs in breakfast area are in dismal condition. The A/C unit in our room sounded like a jet plane was taking off when it kicked on.

It took 45 minutes to check in because there was only one staff - she was very nice and doing the best she could. The common areas, walls, carpets, etc were all dirty. The room itself was gross. The bathtub had urine splashed all over it. The blankets had stains.

This place was spotless clean and smelled good. Completely smoke free!! The employees were friendly and helpful. Check in was 3pm and there was a convention this weekend. I stood in line for 35 minutes to check in. There was only one person to check in.
