“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted.

“Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour 2 nuits afin d'effectuer dans les meilleures conditions la sublime mais difficile randonnée qui mène du plateau de Nida au sommet du Psiloritis.
Pas vraiment le choix sur Anogia, village tout en longueur et sans charme comme cet hôtel pratique mais pas du tout chaleureux.
C'est un assemblage de tout en mal fait, un bassin ignoble avec quatre oies criardes, une piscine et un spa ridicules, une taverne épouvantable etc. Seules choses qui sortent du lot: l'accueil……

Our room #128: shower head clogged-had to use hand held. Slow drain and small shower cubicle wirh no curtain: flooding on floor everytime we showered . Dont stay in room 128.
Our AC kept our room cool,however everyday we would leave and the housekeeper would open the patio doors and leave them unlocked. We reported this to management.
Air conditioner from above floor dripped onto our patio right next to……
“Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Matala. Check in distanziert und wenige, eher lustlose Infos. Unsere Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden, leider hatte man eher das Gefühl, das dass unsere Schuld war. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, das Bad schön mit ordentlich Wasserdruck. Balkon eher lieblos, kein einziger Schattenplatz, nur durch eine kleine Mauer vom Nachbarn abgetrennt. Dadurch kaum Nutzbar und zudem laut. Strom funktioniert nur mit eingesteckter Zimmerkarte. Pool nur zwischen 8 und 20 Uhr geöffnet.……

Top Empfehlung ,um einfach ab zu schalten. Wir hatten die Whirlpool Suite & es war traumhaft schön. Das gesamte Personal war total lieb und hilfsbereit , das Frühstück war 5*+ wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)”
