The property was a “green” property and everything in the room supported that goal.

This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents....

My and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay comfortable. Our room was well-cleaned daily. It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. We booked room with beautiful sea view (little more expensive) from large balcony with small plastic table and two chairs. Convenient location to walkable areas in the city

Excellent location

This hotel has a high rating for a reason. Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear. Will be staying again.

This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Five Star accommodations. The plunge pool in the room is fantastiIc. The view from the room to the Old Venetian Harbor - amazing! The service of the staff was top notch. Every detail was thought of and carried out. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highest recommendations for your stay in Chania!

The rooftop decks were not usable due to the heat. The views were not very good. The service was outstanding

We could not have been happier with our stay at Antica Dimora! The only negative we have is that we wish we stayed longer. Beautifully restored & preserved Venetian Palace! The staff was so incredibly welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. We had an early flight prior to the breakfast hours the following morning, however the staff kindly offered to provide a boxed meal for us to take to the airport. This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is big with a rain shower head. Everything is bright and clean. The rooms are quiet.
