"Das Personal ist echt engagiert und hilfsbereit. Besonders der junge Mann im Frühstückssaal ist super fleißig und hat alles im Blick und Griff. Die Zimmerreinigung bei Ankunft müsste bisschen ordentlicher sein, bei Ankunft lag noch eine Zahnbürste in der Dusche samt Zahnpasta und eine angebissene Pizza lag im Karton auf dem Schrank, guckte aber deutlich rüber, daher habe ich sie sofort gesehen. Ich würde das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen 👍 Die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter ist super. "

"We didn’t have high expectations from this place. Check in person wasn’t speaking English but was very helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The common area and specially the restrooms and showers were not very clean. Location is in a middle of nowhere. The price was super high due to the Euro 24 championship. Ok stay but we will probably not stay there again. "

The next day we asked the staff why it was not working, and they said that the machine often has these problems. Because of this, I had to wait outside the entrance for two hours. "Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good although of the two days I had breakfast I was only asked once for my room number to confirm I'd paid for it. I could have had it for free on the first day. I liked the option of getting a voucher at the bar if I opted not to have my room cleaned. About a 10 min walk to the university and about 15 mins from the station so a good location for me. I would certainly return here when visiting Essen again."
