"This was a suite hotel. It is a very bare bones hotel with no amenities. The room was clean. However, it would have been nice to have instructions on how to see thermostat and the TV. If you wanted anything itcost extra. There were also some people sleeping in there cars over night. "

"The hotel is currently under renovation but it is being very poorly renovated. The quality of the materials and workmanship is bad. The hot tub is warm (not hot) and according to maintenance jets have not worked for 2 weeks with no plans for repair. The rooms are in bad disrepair and the hotel smells strange. Currently no breakfast and most amenities are either broken, being repaired, or unavailable. The hotel was recently bought out but all signs point to little to no improvement. The staff was not professionally dressed and with one exception did not exhibit very good customer service skills. On a good note the water pressure is good and there was sufficient hot water. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone."

"Unfortunately, I do Not recommend this hotel…maybe one night…but that’s it. Very noisy, no insulation between the walls…heard loud conversations and a dog barking this morning. 1st room given to us smelled like dog and the toilet ran. 2cd room was better. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The entire building needs updating."

"The room we got had torn carpet and we moved rooms and the same problem plus the toilet didn’t work, the lounge and outside patio were all closed plus the we didn’t get breakfast"

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is six years old but looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took about 5-minutes to realize that the parking garage is actually a public garage next door however it looks brand new as well. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room makes a poor very small cup of coffee. Sadly, it a machine that you see a big celebrity being their spokesperson for. Not a good coffee maker G.C. "

"We had a problem with the heat working it would heat room then switch to ac and never heat again. Not much hot food for breakfast so we skipped that"
