Their solution was to move rooms that was a downgrade after we told them twice about it !

This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. Location was so central yet felt like a quiet Sunday which is remarkable considering the throngs of tourists a few blocks over. 5 star boutique vibes at a very reasonable rate.
