“I couldn’t sleep during my stay because the hotel was extremely noisy. I asked the staff during check‑in for a quieter area, but they didn’t seem to care or make any effort to help. My room was right next to the entrance door, and at 4 AM a garbage truck arrived while people were talking loudly outside, which made the noise even worse. I had an important interview the next day and ended up feeling exhausted. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.”

“I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working.……
