"We had a fantastic weekend at this one-of-a-kind cottage. The house was clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the huge deck outside with all the wildlife sounds and scenes.Shanica was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. She even left me a handwritten birthday note on the counter when we arrived. The house location was in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to everything I had on my birthday...

"The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold."

"Everything you would need except a dishwasher. Fortunately it was only me. Otherwise, dishes could be a bit of a hassle with no dish rack/drying area. I still enjoyed the use of it for what I was there to do. Large TV’s in every room and great Wi-Fi. As far as the property manager goes, if you mean the host, he lives across the street and was very helpful. The contact people from the website are absolutely useless if you have a question. I received not one single response."

"This is a great location right by the springs. You can walk if you want. Great friendly diner on the same block. And being Florida, it’s great that they have indoor games if the kids get bored. Huge fenced yard if you need it fire pit and other outside activities. A lot packed into this home. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We stayed during an evacuation from hurricane Milton. It was a little hard to find due to our GPS issue but we were able to navigate on our own. Our first impression was the tranquility of the property. The cottage was very clean & our host had turned on the a/c so it was very comfortable. Great Beds, Good for Families and affordable!

"The front staff person was very nice and friendly. Gave us a list of times for cookies, check out, and breakfast. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked really well, almost too cold, LOL. The only thing wrong was the TV didn't work very well for my 9 year old boys, LOL, but that didn't bother me, their Mother. Boys had fun in the pool. And you are in walking distance to a dozen restaurants. I walked to PDQ and Chic Filet is across the street and Panda Express too. Close to everything. We went to visit the Springs near by. "
