Dated. Could use a thorough cleaning (dust on hanging lights above atrium) and new carpet or wood laminate floors. Otherwise, it seemed like they were following cdc protocol for cleaning. Room smelled like a dentist office. Staff very nice. If i had to do over, I'd choose a newer hotel.

Fairly recent remodel. Was done on the cheap though. Painting was definitely done quickly and poorly. and the furnishings are cheap. Room was clean and had new-style mattress pads instead of usual mattress/box springs combo. Firm, but not too bad. A/C was noisy, same for the in-room refrigerator.

The rooms were fine, but check in was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. After requesting an adjoining room when I booked on Expedia, I got two email confirmations and a phone call from the hotel letting me know they would make sure the two rooms were adjoining. I was impressed with their communication. But after checking in and going all the way up with kids and luggage in tow, they were not. Lady at front desk completely unapologetic about it, then after switching to two other rooms on a different floor, key cards didn’t work, so back down to the front desk. Front desk lady shouldn’t work in “hospitality” or customer service industry.
