We did not enjoy our stay! I spoke to the front desk staff at 1130pm about the noise from a party they informed me the party had until midnight then the music would be cut off and there would be no more of that or loud talking well at 1:30am it came to an end. We were put next to the elevators and I have no clue what it was but my bed kept vibrating all night! I did not get to sleep until 2:30 am I had to be back up at 5am due to the fax I had to be at hospital. Not everyone checks into a hotel for pleasure The manger was to call me and didn't!

Decor and appearance overall was ok but if you looked closely, you could tell it wasn't maintained well. The shower head had a lot of calcium buildup impairing the water flow, but the water temps were plenty hot. The HVAC was unsatisfactory as the room kept shifting between hot and cold. The AC blew onto the beds and made it too cold but then the room would get too warm before AC kicked on (set to 76, AC goes on at 78 and blows until it was 74). This was disruptive to our sleep

My room was clean, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast. Special thanks to the overnight front desk guy I forgot your name but I hope you realize that you are a main part of the reason I will stay again that property special thanks to John for your great service during breakfast and Lisa in housekeeping great service as well.

Close to my destination restaurants. I paid extra for suite. In the past it had door to bedroom and dining room table but the door had been removed as well as table. Door very important to me. Fire alarm also went off for long time. Very annoying

We were happy with the accommodations until Saturday night. There was a wedding two floors below us and the bass shook the floor. The music was so loud. We called the front desk, and although the staff was nice, they told us that the people at the wedding paid for the right to play music but would be asked to turn down the bass. My problem was more with the acoustics of the hotel. Perhaps wedding guests should be given the rooms above the event room and outside guests can have rooms farther away.
