The staff was very helpful with helping to choose a restaurant for dinner and making sure there was a taxi waiting to get me to the airport in the morning. And it is located in Old Town - greta location! I would stay again if I ever get back to Zurich."

"Facility needs to keep up. No air conditioning, room always warm, can’t open the window because of musquito. Warm room, no air conditioning, thick comforter is only choice. Not very good five nights we had. Cleanliness is terrible from flooring, wall around. Coffee for guests at lobby is instance coffee. Not recommend to anyone."
