"We loved our stay at Eric and Wendy's property. The pictures don't do it justice. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with every item you could need, and the game room was a huge hit. It's a short, easy drive to the beach. We would stay again! "

Ocean Views, 100 steps to The Cliff House! Minutes to Ogunquit, Perkins Cove, Beaches!

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (36)
"We stayed here with two other couples. The view makes this home a place for good conversation and peaceful contemplation while sitting on the decks. Even our
dog
was at peace, just chilling, overlooking the property and the sea! Our family had stayed at the house once before and we are now reminded that it is still a gem. You can feel the history of the home and there is an awareness of the lessons the home has taught over the decades. Experiences have been voiced through the art and emotion...

Peaceful retreat among the trees only a five minute walk to Perkins Cove

"This place is such a great location! Walkable to Perkins Cove, the place to be, as well as great restaurants and beautiful views! Sara's place is comfortable and well appointed. The deck is beautiful both day and night. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms, new and luxurious. Sara left lovely treats for us and my
dog
. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need, if you chose to stay in. It was so quiet, a lovely place to relax and revive. I would definitely recommend this...

Adventures for the whole family only .7 miles to the beach

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (35)
"We chose this property due to it's location for our group of 6 adults with a small
dog
. Some played golf at the nearby Cape Neddick CC and The Links at Outlook in S Berwick, The Links course did not pan out because of rain. We used that day for car rides to Nubble Lighthouse and Ogunquit to plan for the next days excursions. Some explored York Harbor Beach and Wiggly Bridge while some walked along the Marginal Way area exploring Ogunquit. Two mornings we got up early and took our
dog
off leash...
