“My room was not as clean as I was hoping. There was still leftover stuff on the stove that I scrubbed off. The pans and stuff all had this weird film to it even after I washed it. The cups didn’t feel or look super clean and my sheets and pillow had little hairs on it. Although I asked for new sheets those had hair too so I shook everything off and tried to move on. The room itself was great and super spacious just felt like it overall could’ve been cleaner. Even the carpet seemed a little old.……

“Excellent staff- John had coffee ready in the lobby in the early morning and the lobby and front area weee comfortable. It was quiet and still walkable or bike able to town”

“I did not realize we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to our room when I booked the room. Maybe it was disclosed in the description and I missed it but there are no elevators at this property. Other than that this place was great- will stay there again!”

“noticed much needed upgrades to rooms were underway. Good thing, very much needed based on the nails and holes in the floor and the mold behing the toilet”

“Went to checknin at 4; rooms not ready. Was told “we can’t give you a time when it will be.” Um, it’s your 4 pm check in. Waited and went back at 4:35 pm and li e as I wasn’t only one. It’s summertime; no bar at pool and although advertised on website, no bar, coffee, etc. “Sorry, there’s no service.” Rooms are so no frills and hotel newish; paint needs redoing, TV didn’t work. Too many other hotels in the area.”
