Our room (404) was clean and spacious however, there was construction on the outside of the building. Our family member was in 415 and only saw scaffolding. They moved to 504 which had no air conditioning and looked like a dormitory room and was very tiny.
The shower had some mold in it.
The complementary br eakfast was very good.
It was situated in the heart of old city centre making it easy to navigate around. Plenty of restaurants close by.

"Excellent breakfast but apart from that a v poor experience. No air- con in room so forced to have window open which let in all noises from squares. Rowdy people till 3 in morning and nearby clock tower chiming loudly all night on the half hour - barely slept. A real disappointment"

Shared bathroom has some inconvenience as we checked the bathrooms and we saw that some guests don't care about others, leaving it wet, with papers and towels on the floor.
