“We stayed here 2 years ago and it was a bit dated but clean. This time, new ownership and updated room and lobby---very tasteful and inviting! The host was very accommodating, breakfast items tasty and the room was wonderful--comfortable bed, pillows, new bathroom remodel---highly recommend this to anyone visiting Buffalo!”

“It delivered as promised. It's not a luxury hotel, so expectations need to be realistic. But it got the job done. It's clean. Mattresses are good. And I will say that the pillows are outstanding. I stayed at three top-of-the-line luxury hotels in Europe last month, and the pillows here are far better than any of those three places. For breakfast, they're getting the basics out, and you're eating with plastic utensils off paper plates.”

“This is an old one story motel where you park in front of your room. It is not fancy but the room had a recent coat of paint and was very clean including the non carpeted floor, the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator and microwave worked great as did the air conditioner. Towels were all new and fluffy. It's next to a city park and a walking / biking trail that is a wide concrete path that follows a creek for 3 miles or so, very well maintained and safe. My room was generously sized having 2……

“We booked the one night stay earlier that day since we weren’t sure where our road trip would take us. We were tired after driving for hours but were wonderfully greeted by the front desk clerk. I believe her name is Danette, but I might be wrong. She was friendly, even let us check out the room before completing the booking (she took us upstairs and we liked and kept the room). She gave us some recommendations on where to eat, which turned out to be just the meal we were looking for. The……

“Owner gave us tour of this wonderful old home. Amenities were great... snacks at no charge in room. Our King Suite was very large. Owner lets you choose from locally made natural soaps with different fragrances for your shower. Breakfast was good with some local pantries and fresh fruit. Very unique property with very involved owner”
