"Had to move room (402). They have a pump on the top floor for water and it’s goes off every 40 mins and sounds like a truck idling. I could still hear it floor below - woken at regular intervals. Management know about it and didn’t even offer any credit to compensate"

"The hotel is in a great location, is clean, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the water views are spectacular. I would like to see more food variety on the menu and a microwave in the room. It would also be great to have a vending area for snacks and refreshments since families with kids always need to have those available."

"Definitely will come back !! 2 min walk to the airport and the hotel was perfect on everything ! We had a early flight, Too bad we missed the breakfast but hopefully next time"

"Beautiful, centrally located a 20 minute walk from Skanderberg Square, the staff make the Mondial my favorite hotel in the Balkans. For what you get, the hotel is a bargain...great food, rooftop bar has great views. I highly recommend them."

"The family room was amazing and very comfortable. We really felt at home. The morning desk person was VERY unhelpful, condescending and rude. 2 of us left at 10am to pick up a car rental. We had to ask for a later check out and it was granted until 11:30. As our 2 other friends were busily bringing all our luggage down around 11:30, they returned to the room to get the the last pieces of luggage. The card did not work and the front desk person was so rude when we asked to gain access to get the bags. He said it’s 11:32 and you only had extension until 11:30…. Like he was going to keep our bag. He argued and only begrudgingly allowed us upstairs to get the rest of the luggage."

"This hotel is on a quieter location in golem, although this means it’s also very close to the motorway. My room faced the motorway and if I had my balcony door open it was loud however once the door was closed the noise disappeared. The room was extremely comfortable and did look like the photos on Expedia. The hotel also had a small pool and around 5 sun loungers. The pool and sun loungers were in the shade for long periods of the day but between midday and 3pm the pool got the sun (I stayed in early May). There is a buffet breakfast included in the room rate which was nice, the options are limited. Don’t expect to find English breakfast items it’s lots of salads and fruit, with coffee and juices offered. The beach is a few streets away from the holiday. Very convenient "

"Room was huge with great views. Traffic noise a bit of an issue even on the 13th floor. Needs some rough edges in maintenance looking after. Staff were superb and the location is perfect."

"Room was big and clean enough, hard to find as it’s hidden of a side street. It is not soundproof at all you can hear everything was very loud."
