“Staff was amazing”

“I will not be returning to this property. I specifically booked and paid for a suite with two queen beds and a sofa because our group consisted of six people and we needed the additional sleeping space. When we arrived, we discovered the room did not have a sofa at all—only two beds. Had I known this was the actual room configuration, I would never have booked or paid for that room. To make matters worse, the room assigned to us was a handicap-accessible room, which was not what we expected……

“Very clean hotel. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of items.”

“Room was pretty clean. Lots of just old set in stains everywhere. Hotel is old and shows it. We stayed one night and had an emergency and had to leave early. It was good for the one night and beds were very clean.”

“Dirty- sheets where dirty , in the fridge was dusty as well .”

“My worst hotel experience. Smelled so bad that the previous stays had bought deodorizers and the hotel staff actually left them in there. We also bought some ourselves. Shower had leaked all over the bathroom floor, baseboards were rotting and falling off the wall. Ceiling was peeling off in bathroom where obvious water damage had occurred. We cancelled the stay within 45 minutes of starting there and staff didn’t put up a fight, which tells me they know exactly why someone would want to leave.”
