“Livin' Is Easy is a very comfortable updated house with a great, layout for family interaction. The beach access is directly across the street and the pool is very refreshing. Plenty of easy parking as well. Great family vacation.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights in mid April 2025. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was comfortable, clean and very homey. Perfect size for 2 people. The best part is that it was so close to the ocean. It was wonderful to hear the sound of the waves from the living room and master bedroom and the deck was the perfect place to watch the dolphins and pelicans. ”

“Our family enjoyed our stay so much! Beachfront access with a 2 and 4 year old was hard to beat! We had plenty of room with a pack N play and toddler air mattress. We loved everything about our first trip to Seabrook and can’t wait to come back next year! ”

“We had an amazing time! The house and property are very beautiful. The access to a private dock was perfect for the guys fishing at their leisure. Sunrises were beautiful from the dock. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The home was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Overall, this is a great vacation spot and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting some R&R.”
