“We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We traveled over two hours away with our two children and specifically chose this hotel because of the amenities, including the pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered the pool was not working. We were never notified of this issue prior to our stay, despite booking in advance and even arriving a day early. Had we known the pool was unavailable, we would have canceled our reservation and booked elsewhere. This trip was intended to be a……

“The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!”

“Everyone was so incredibly nice! The pools was nice and clean. Our room was very spacious and clean. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. Pillows were awful! Even though the advertised a hot tub there wasn’t one. However, the breakfast made up for the hot tub and pillows. Holy Moly! The breakfast was on point! Would 100% recommend.”
