“good location, close to university and cotton district for entertainment. Going thru renovation but room was all updated with new floors, beds, 32 in tv, and very clean bathrooms. Slept very well and was as comfortable as hotel I paid twice as much the day before. Breakfast was included and had a good selection to pick from. Because of exterior renovation, outside is a bit dusty, but everything else was near perfect.”
