“We’ve stayed in the cabins several times. We arrived late on Friday and utilized the key box to access our room key as instructed. But, the key didn’t work. We had to call the after-hours number and it took us an hour to get a new key, from the time we arrived.
Our shower also didn’t have soap, shampoo or conditioner.”
