“The door in the room did not open and close correctly. You had to push it open and shove it closed because it was dragging the floor on the bottom of the door. When I first tried to get into the tub to take a shower, there was so much soap and disinfectant in the bottom of the tub that I almost fell took me two or three minutes to take a shower and rinse that off, so I felt safe in the shower. Pretty sure I will not stay here again”

“My room was clean and the staff was kind. I had higher expectations for a hotel that has an 8.4 rating tho. The pillow situation was mediocre as was the bed and bedding. While there was variety of carbs for breakfast, there was no hot food or protein other than yogurt. The hotel was fine, but I expected more and better from an 8.4. My rating would be more of a 7.8, but again, the room was clean and the staff were kind”
