“We had requested and called to verify a room on the top floor. We were given a room on the bottom floor in a corner. That was not a good fit for us. First we were near the exit, then we kept hearing trucks that had stopped to eat at the local Waffle House, and finally there was a lot of noise coming from the parking lot. “This hotel is very much under construction so I will cut them some slack. Our experience was kind of like my math grade in school, a C+ with room for improvement. Our room had a mildew smell and a dehumidifier that had to be emptied multiple times. Maybe having those in common here. Thr staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bathroom shower had noticeable mold. No regrets because the price was right and free breakfast was solid.”
