“This is an older motel style property. It served as a cheap place to sleep. It needs serious renovations. Staff was professional”

Apparently the dayshift clerk did not update the system to reflect this change and the nightshift clerk issued a room key to the room I was staying in. At 1:30am my room door came flying open. It was terrifying as I thought someone was coming in to rob me. I did not sleep the rest of the night.”

“It wasn't clear to me from Expedia that this was an extended-stay hotel, so they never came in to make the bed or pick up linens. I had to go to the front desk to get new towels since our stay was less than 7 days. I rented two rooms, and one of them had a horrible smell as well as a wet area under the air conditioner. I brought it to the attention of the desk when we checked out. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful.”

So I wasn't able to stay at the coachmans hotel on the 28 of December. I had to get a room at another hotel down the road from coachmans……
