When we arrived AC was turned all the way off. Room was hot...we turned on AC and it did not take to long for room to cool down. I think it could have been on low, so the room was not hot on arrival.

My sheets had stains on them. I called the front desk and housekeeper never showed. Front desk called back an hour after to confirm and offered to bring them up herself but I was already in the bed for the night. I just placed a towel down
