“I keep returning back to this hotel only because of the restaurant that it is attached to! The food is absolutely amazing! However.....upon checking into the hotel this last time, the staff was more interested in their phones than to the front desk. It was not only the one time that we witnessed it. When we checked in, when we went down for dinner as well as later that night when we went down for swimming and games. Please do better! Your hotel is really nice, the restaurant was great, don't……

“No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to……

“Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird.……
