“Room was clean and Casino was convenient”

“Reserved room weeks before arrival. Showed up and was informed no rooms and was told they were upgrading room but it was smaller than room we were suppose to have”

“The place was, frankly, a disgrace. I would skip it, is the best advice I can give. The Hotel was not clean or kept up. I will include pictures because you wouldn't believe if you didn't see it. The bathroom was a wreck, literally. They must not have maintenance there. The towel rack was bent. The toilet seat was loose. The shower rod was ripped out of the wall. the shower valve was loose and leaking as fast as the water coming out of the head. In the picture its only on slightly so it didn't……
