“The front desk staff. The young girls working were extremely rude and wouldnt let me finish a sentence. I had two separate reservations and asked prior to my visit if I could stay in the same room for both. I was told yes, that wouldn’t be a problem. Once I got there, I confirmed again about staying in the same room and was again told yes. The next morning when I went to check out and check back in, the girls at the front told me I couldn’t because that room was promised to someone else and I……
