“Our room was clean and there was a decent breakfast spread. The hotel is under construction though, and we weren't aware of that ahead of time. It will look great when it's done!”

“We booked at this hotel because it had an indoor swimming The pool was closed and we could not use it our entire stay. There was no extra cable or streaming services unless we were already subscribed to Netflix which we were not. Unfortunately, we had to watch TV with numerous commercials. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was good”

I have always had some options at other Holiday Inn properties. That is one of the reasons we chose your site. Very disappointed because you advertise breakfast but don’t indicate it does not include people who need gluten free options.”

“We checked in at 9:00 pm - pool closed room never cooled down- especially the front half of the room where sofa beds is located. left at 6:30 am room was not that cleaned - needs carpet cleaned; all mattress needs to be replaced including sofa bed. Hotel is dark and needs to be cleaned including elevators, and hallways.”

It was clean, accommodating in so many ways such as parking, food offerings, overall amenities were amazing and not to mention the customer service from check-in to check-out. I believe it was Ameillia who always pleasant, provided great recommendations for great eats, and more. The staff was just GREAT! We would stay there again!”
